See Zab I understand that Party Poker is on the good side with Americans and the DOJ but I just feel like they wont come back because the US poker market is going to be controlled by Casinos. Especially since its going to be state by state all the big casinos from a business standpoint are going to jump in and just control the market. I might be completely wrong and I think it would be smart for a Party Poker to just jump back in I just feel like there content with there Market now.

It will take some time to get it all worked out and it's still possible that it will fall through.

99% sure this will be a state by state thing before its a federal thing. Nevada, California, and New Jersey should be the first 3 states to have some type of intrastate system in place. That's where the big B&M casinos are located.

Looks like things are on the right track for Legalization of it, although I doubt anything happens until after the election.

On the best worst, I think all of washington is so fubar right now.

They should create a political section in the forums somewhere
