    NetSpend is a pre-paid credit card, and yes you can use it to deposit funds on Carbon. i use mine all the time. it has to be a visa card and not a mastercard.

    I actually got my netspend card from the irs refund and it works on all sites. I still would like to know why master card doesnt work on any sites
