Personally, I doubt they have the details ironed out so quickly. I hope taxes will only be paid upon withdrawing, or the whole scheme is not really worth the time of putting it together.

tax on cigarettes should go up.. no tax on poker.. comeon... pokersites can give irs end of year statement of how much player earn, loss, and withdrew... irs can bill suckers for taxes.. whatdaheck!
