$1k buy in, my biggest yet, kind of nervous but ready!
May all your cards be live and all your pots be monsters!
there is no reason to be scared. they are just people holding what is supposed to be yours. let em know you are coming for "YOUR" chips, make them scared of you:) Good luck
if you are scared its to soon for you to be playing it imo
Goodluck,,, remember you are there to kick some azz,,,, After you buy in ,,,,, you have nothing to lose... and everything to win !!!!
just play it like any other game. youll do fine gl
If you play scared you wont do well, just play it like any other tournament you have played and I'm sure you will do fine.
stay calm and treat it like you would normally buy-in.
Good luck. That is a very sizable buy in, hope you cash out.
stay calm, play it like any smaller game, good luck...and let us know when u finished.......;)
no need to be scared lol , just stay calm and play your game , u will be good , good luck !!!
just be composed have some poise. They are like Rabid Dogs they can smell fear so fear noone and dont be affraid to make plays that come natural use your head and you will do fine
think of it like this... when i played first tourney live i brought in for 1000 (um.. $1600 i think) .. and i went out because i showed my hand when i thought everyone had folded.. and guy still had to act and he knew he had me beat.
Now whatever happens to you it cant be fecking worse than that, so when u start to worry think of me lol then u realise is all good
Don't be scared player. Keep in mind that even the pro's didn't start out as pro's they started right where you are now. So play the game you know how to play and don't try and impress anyone. Just kick ass and take names brother and the best of luck to ya.
yeah definitely don't play if you are nervous... it won't go well.
Don't sweat it...Foxwoods is full of donks :) Just chill out and play your game, you'll be fine.
if you are nervous dont play. You wont be able to play a good game you will contantly be thinking about the buyin and losing. dont do it.
its all the same cards just different people be confident and dont feel like u shouldnt be thier
exactly think of it as the same as a $10 buyin. No different...once you start thinking different and playing different (timid and tight) shit will hit the fan.
Where do you usually play? I am in Methuen, MA and go to Foxwoods sometimes but mostly been playing at Rockingham because it's too close to ignore.
How did it go? Did you crush?
Awesome gl ive actually wanted to head down and play afew decent buy ins .
GL to you, keep us updated about the outcome.
lol i remembered being scared of a online MTT with a ticket that I won through steps.
it was a 33 dollar buy in, that was bigger than my bankroll :p
I was shaking all day, and waited till midnight till it would start (mostly people of us)
Honestly, I think I get more riled up about betting points in the client than "real" money on Carbon. Real money just flows in and out of my bank account...but I have to work my a$$ off to scrape together some points!
lehet hogy nem is
I'm not sure what 1K he's talking about. There is a 400 today for Labor day holiday and there was a couple 230 over the weekend. They sometimes show a table on justin.tv so you could see if they are broadcasting later.
lucky dude hope you win something is a large sum to play
i think its good to be nervous, i get nervous playing $11 tourneys.

Don't sweat it Bosco. Foxwoods is a great venue with an over friendly staff. You will see that once you get a few hands in, it is just like playing a local game. Good Luck! Hope you get Byron as a dealer, funny as chit!

May all your cards be live and all your pots be monsters! For the craic
