U played it fine. preflop is great.

one thing to consider is if u want it to be a two street or three game. betting slightly bigger on flop like 700-900 will allow u to have a jammable stack on turn. but since flop is so dry it doesn't matter if u make it three streets that much. Id prolly go ~775 on flop ~1605 all in on turn. u just got unlucky. even if u make it a two street game he smashes the two outter.
