is there a standard rates for loaning points?

I was just thinking about loaning 1000 points to someone but I don't know how much interest I should charge him. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? There has to be a standard.

First off I hope this is in the loanshark. Second, it all depends on the length of time for the payback.
