I've called 3 times now and they keep giving me the run around saying that its an automated process. But I coulda swore the last time this happened I just had to give them a code or something and they released it. Anyway they said 5 business days originally, which means Monday. If it doesn't come in and they just tell me the same thing, I'll figure out how to refund each of you.
