You are absolutely right, this site has never banned anyone for scamming.

Harley isn't a scammer, he is a degen who gets in over his head then struggles to pay back, and usually does clear the slate, eventually.

I think this is more of case of enabling a known degen to get in over his head again, than a scam.

All of this info is in his background check.

Not quite, it was clearly a stake in the off site trade i disputed. given this statement (plus he unregged from the stake):

I decided to push and get this disputed as soon as i felt i gave him long enough to fix it/ Had he played the stake as requested, I woulda gave him a LOT longer to resolve it even with the promise to pay by friday. This part WAS a scam, so thats why i am doing this

That being said there is a point when enough is enough.

Harley has cashed in stakes and then not paid the guy back - if you take a stake with the intention of not paying someone back, you are scamming them. Padgett did it all the time, and we labeled him a scammed - this is no different.

And when he frauds offerwalls, he's scamming Zab. This isn't a small amount of limited data, this is TWO YEARS of this shit.
