well from a guy who uses loan shark and also give out loans, i only deal with trusted members and pray they dont default or leave as i am sure vice versa when i get a loan..loan shark is like any other free mrkt, you lend to peeps based on the credit rating vice versa here if a person dont have credit they start out with a low amt and let them build that up, for a perosn who defaults alot then you should not mess with them
