Your ROI is really up to you. As long as you are getting a ROI, count it as a plus. If you are a winning player in the long term, and remain a winning player, your ROI will increase as you stay at the same stakes because of practice. It may drop when you move up stakes because of more skilled opponents, but over time, you will be able to determine what you should expect.
