You will have to get ahold of the DOJ to get your money(IMO dont know if that can of worms needs to be opened). Not sure how to do that but you should be able to get hold of em now to try and get ur moneys back

Don't think doj has anything to with hero, you were suppose to tell them which site you wanted you funds transferred to, they gave like 3 choices, carbon being one of them. I'd try and look on the hero website and see if the info is still there, you were suppose to email the site you wanted it transferred to.
