    If we banned every member who said something bad at the tables, there would be no one playing the games. We can't police that chat in the games and have no way to review it if it were to be reported to us. If you report the chat, the site will then review it to see if it warrants action and they will take it.

    Actually, they WILL take away his chat privilege's if they get enough complaints.
