REQUEST REVIEW OF MEMBER " jonmcbluffin "

JonMcbluffin has made many market place deals where he promises to repay double or more of the original points amount given and has not followed through.

My Experience: I payed him 200 points because he promised to repay 400 points within the next hour. FAILED TO DO SO.

Marketplace: Looks like " belatree " is owed 1,000 points by " jonmcbluffin "
--------------------Edit: Looks like another PokerOwned patron is owed 300 points by " jonmcbluffin " aswell.

Addition : I brought it up in the chatroom, looks like I'm not the only one who has noticed these incidents.

Dont wanna take sides but have always had a bad feeling about him. And my feelings are rarely wrong :).

Well I'm not a big fan of unanswered inference so I'll just say it, he's most likely what we call a LIAR.

he is a call station...i didnt give him any pts when he asked cause i didnt like him...and i had like 20k at the time too

only seen him a few times on here, but he is exactly why i am hesitant to loan anyone pts

it happens to everyone only thing to do is not loan any out unless u know them goodluck trying to get them back

Ok clearly I need to add feedback into the marketplace system and a review system like we do the staking system.

Side Note: Why don't you dispute the trades with him when he doesnt pay

It doesn't give me an option to dispute the 200 points i gave him at the moment being

It was a couple of days ago at least, I know that it was a bad idea, but i had just cleaned the guy out for 2,000 points on the client so, yeah.

Ok i'll get an upgrade to the marketplace as soon as I can fit it in

yeah he asked me once and i just ignored him. I know some people have big hearts but unless u somewhat know the person i wouldnt loan anything

protect yourselves at all times, be very familair with people u trade or give pts to..

Is there a better way to do deals? for example both parties have to have what they are dealing put into an agreement section and a box has to be checked when they put what is in the deal.
(Exapmle)
1. I want to trade 2000 points to Zab for $2 Carbon money.
I will go to a deal box and put in 2000 points to player Zab. then check the box.

2. Zab will go to deal box and and transfer $2 to Drywallman3 for 2000 points and he checks box.

Then maybe a system for each player to view the deal and if agreed after both boxes are checked by each player then a final box to seal the deal.

This is just a very rough idea that just came in to my head a few minutes ago, but something along these lines.

I play it safe and use my points.

I think the current system is fine, u just have to only deal with people that you've built trust with. Ive gone back and forth with a few people who I know wont burn me and keep the communication up if its going to be late.

I personally have a good friend here who I trust, I was just speaking for people who are new and don't know anyone. I just hate seeing people get burned by idiots.

Some people are so sad, to come to a forum where you can earn FREE points and still feel the need to fandangle people out of theirs is proof of how bad the human condition is, if most people were gassed we would all be better off i think.Too many people just waiting to burn someone or take advantage of a situation, it sickens & saddens me at the same time

Thanks for the heads up about him. He asked me for some points one time and i didnt loan them to him. Glad i didnt.
