I think the current system is fine, u just have to only deal with people that you've built trust with. Ive gone back and forth with a few people who I know wont burn me and keep the communication up if its going to be late.

I personally have a good friend here who I trust, I was just speaking for people who are new and don't know anyone. I just hate seeing people get burned by idiots.
