I know that this isnt Carbon but its Mergs on PDC when it was PDC I was threerivers and was doing so so i had won a 200$ and a 50 $ freeroll and was in there vip program i had changed email accounts cuz i was locked out ofmy old email for some reason and when this all switched i could no longer log in to that account I think i ccould call them but im not going to mess with it after all this going on i have not yet put money on either site cuz im still kinda leary about it with all the switching around it is sad that they cant get there shit togeather for them to do what they did to you is BS they should be working with you to figure this out but it seems that they dont even care sorry for your issues with them hope it all works out 4 u

Somehow my account went negative .01cent once. I am pretty sure I was able to play freerolls, only the one cent got paid back before positive monies were in my account again.

I had them lock my account for 4 days once. I have no idea why. They never answered my emails about with the exception of the one that said the account was open again.

ima defend merge at this point, as annoying as it is..they just took a huge loss cuz feltstars fucked up (they tried a staking system it didnt work) its whats caused all this mess..so if they think they have players that owe them money and as this is the internet tracking people is a nightmare (look at the scammers) and u get someone who "could" be a defaulter you are going to do everything in your power to make sure that they dont screw you over more but to do that they need time to investigate and to make sure that person doesnt play anymore they ban the account it sucks but its just them being safe

So for me the question is , How does someone go negative? seriously? Is it possible to load money(from debit/visa) then cancel it from your bank or something? i guess im just not getting it.. Hope you get your stuff straightened up soon and good luck on the felt
