Are men or women better at poker?

Women are usually pretty good at home games. My theory is that they feel more comfortable at a Kitchen Table.

Men are better because 95% of players are men. But that doesnt mean a woman can't be better than a man.

I don't think poker is a game catered to any specific gender. The fact that it's dominated by men is more of a reflection of interest.

I think the wsop womens tournament is bull. Giving women a 90% tournament discount for a shot at a golden wsop bracelet, not cool. It's a sport, it should be even across the board. What will happen though, is this; Enough men will buy into this $10,000 (womens $1000) tournament regardless of the negative EV and win the bracelet anyway.

Women are more likely to call because they want to see the outcome. I read that somewhere but I forget what book it was.
