If I had to use the money, I would play some of the $1000 and $1500 while playing cash on the side. Hopefully I would win some and end up playing the main event while still having some good $ in my pocket. Then ship the main lol

Vegas or Atlantic City for sure and I would get in a WSOP ring tournament $1000 buy-in and live it up with the rest in Vegas, go see a UFC fight, then hopefully walk out of the casino with a new ring and a lot more than $10k in prize money.

I would play the smaller tournaments. I probably would enter some of the smaller field games like Stud or Omaha. I would be playing side cash games too. As someone pointed out, they are uber fishy when the WSOP is running.
