Keep playing freerolls.
Unless you enjoy repeatedly going broke.
i would play low buy in sit and gos until i grinded it up to buy into a bigger sit and go and then possibly a tourney from there
i agree with pike sitngo are the best way unless u master those than move up top mTT
I would suggest building to a Bankroll of at least twenty u.s. dollars before playing anything! Use PokerOwned to get to this amount!
Since you're on pokerstars, I would try the 360 man 10c SNGs and the 10c MTTs. Once you get to $5 try some of the 25c SNGs.
It is always hard to play the micro tables.
But you get some experience.
Thank you all your replies.
I decide to play micro SnG. and of course freerolls.
By the way, satellite tourney is good?
Does anybody play?
i take my risk and buy in a tournament with your bankroll,
hard to win much on freerolls, just hit and miss lol
Keep playing freerolls until you get about $15-$20 and start grinding $1.50 SnGs and $1.10 MTT, winning player should take off from there.
I agree it's best to stick with the freerolls until you actually build a decent bankroll. But in general I think you just have to stick with what you enjoy playing most. Play the game for the fun, not for the money.
I agree with daboss. u can pick up at least $5 a week from freerolls, then play micro stakes on mtt or sng to build a decent bankroll. but never stake more than 10% of bankroll on any 1 game. get itm a few times, and you balance will go up.
Once you get 10-20 dollars, you might want to take a look at the double up type games. Half the field cashes, you have to change your game a little to the type of players at these table, but it is pretty easy way to come up on a few more dollars to buy in to full field tourneys or play cash table.
i said you bet on the NCAA tourneys and you will come up 4 sho
grind i guess.. or do what gimmeabrew does, he seems to win a lot
the best way is playing headsup sit and gos then go into the 1table sngos.. good luck
Play some big tourneys and maybe you will win it!
play 25 cents 90max only too 20 dollars bankroll
good luck id stick to freerolls for awhile if I was you!
I would keep playing freerolls until you have 20 bucks then play tourneys that the buy in is no more than 5% of your bankroll
You can increase bankroll by playing Sit&Go tournaments.
You can play 1$ tournaments, but don't risk to play all your money at one tourney.
i like to sit and goes because small table and time passes ring games go too fast
Yes, but never risk all your money on big tourneys, start with 1$ tourneys, you can get experience and make some good cash..
Hi, recently I take a first prize in the tournament (buy-in $1)!!
So, now I have about $35 in my bankroll.
I think I go to next step.
I'd like to play SnG, I have a question.
There are deferent players of the same buy-in SnG, for example,
buy-in $1 ___ 45, 90, 180 man
Which is the best? and Which d u play?
By now, I guess you get used to my funny English writing :)
good luck here its a good place
there is no easy way, just get lucky
take your time and pick right ones. start a little higher each game you win.
Carbon poker freerolls are always a good way to start out your bank accoutn
Need to keep playing freerolls and learn about bankroll management before moving to regular buyin tournaments. Good luck.
I agree that you need to keep in mind what bankroll management is and do not "try" to use all money into one entry shot! Micro Sit&Go could be best choice as well as play on micro stake limit Hold'em (or whatever you played). But still keep playing freerolls as you need to increase your bankroll into at least 10$ to be convenience and start playing sit&go frequently.
you don't get big money on freerolls...You can start there then make a move after turning a profit
Yeah, freerolls are the best way to improve your poker skills.
