does any of these have spyware or anything like that that digs in and slows ur PC down?

Microsoft Essentials and AVG is good about not taking too much bandwidth and slowing you down.

I think McAfee and AVG are 2 of the best free antivirus.

AVG is a good free one, u can download,or u can use panda platinum for 30 days

One of the best ones Ive found is Malwarebytes. It is frickin awesome. Another good one is Bullguard, main reason being it has a 3month trial, and of course Norton.
