Well to start i'd suggest keeping your bankroll completely seperate from your bills.. Is poker all you do for money? If yes im guessing you still live at home. To run 4k into 20k in about 7 months is about 2k a month more like 2.5k or 3k if you want to deal with variance its quite unlikely to hit 7 months of straight winning, but more power to ya if thats how it turns out.

Do you have limits for your self? how much you sit down with how much you rebuy? Do you avoid other games like black jack and roullette? I had to quit casinos and goto card rooms to deal with roullette table i have no self control
