I agree but based on what happened on raw there seems to be good reason not to change titles. John Cena making his return vs Del Rio. He couldnt do it against RVD or Cena would be booed out of the building and WWE doesnt want that. Also Bryan vs Orton for the vacant wwe title eith special guest referee and the reason I will buy this ppv HBK. Hell in a cell looking like a good one. Oh and a prediction for a match that isnt even annouced Cody and Goldust beat the shield for the tag titles
