As a local Cincinnati kid, I would love to see the Red's make another World Series run, I just don't see it happening this year even though they have been playing some great baseball so far.

I don't usually count on them to win it all, but my home team, the Detroit Tigers, need to finish what they've started several times...a World Series win.
I think the AL is very winnable this year for the Tigers, but World Series is going to be a TOUGH.

the red sox looks like a really good team to take it all... the cards aren't measuring up to par in these last few games unless they are saving their energy for the main playoffs.

Reminds me of a conversation I had with my neighbor last week. He asked me who I thought was going to win. I told him I would be rooting for the Redsox. He asked me why. I said, "Well, my dad's a Redsox fan. My Mom's a Redsox fan. My granddad, my whole family are Redsox fans."
