Luck isnt a guaranteed to be good. Sure he may look like a sure thing, But look at brady who went in the late rounds and is possibly the greatest ever. The college game is alot different than the pro game. How can u be so sure that luck will be as calm and cool under pressure when the likes or ray lewis are running full speed at him.
This is a no brainer. If manning is healthy enough to play 3-4 more years you have to snap take manning over luck. They should pick luck 1st and try to trade him for some picks and players to build up a team to make a run for it with manning at the helm.
If the colts really want a QB but want him to learn under manning then they should take RG3. Luck wants to play straight away. RG3 has shown unreal talent. Without him baylor arent a winning team. RG3 seems like the person who wouldnt mind sitting and learning from manning.
It wouldnt suprise me if the colts do something similar to what san diego did when they drafted eli manning. That is colts to draft luck and then get someone to draft RG3 and trade lucky for RG3 along with other things of course whether it be picks or players.
