I was thinking to plan a schedule to help me to lose weight and build muscle at the same time.
It's sure getting tough right now but I will try my best. O_o
Any advice for the beginners?
i suggest doing cardio and lifting every other day. cardio burns fat, lifting gets muscle. i also suggest using whey protein and having a lot of protein in your diet.
