I too share the tendency to occasionally tilt. I've started to recognize the few scenarios it seems to happen and have started to recognize it before it happens or before it gets too expensive. My biggest weakness is when a great hand that was played perfectly gets outdrawn in a MTT and I go from in great shape to SS. Later on in tourneys, SS can still be a decent amount of chips and I often dwell on that hand that got beat and end up shoving far too quick in the coming hands.
