What is working for me is this; I had to switch gears and start playing a lot tighter, which is fairly difficult in a 6 person ring game, but the old wait and trap routine is slowly paying dividends again. Thanks again for the support and advice everyone except those who do not take anything seriously...

Just lost a disgusting hand to an idiot. I had more than half the deck in my favor and he called me with 755q.

What can i say ... Those bad beats are to all players , some those have more , some less.
I would suggest you to take a little brake , because you are on a tilt and you can`t think logical....
Take a break of 2 days - for even week , and than try to play again , mybe with lower stacks.
