Of course there are best hands, how do you say there aren't?

I guess you say A-A pre is best hand but after flop no Ace other players bets all in you insta call because you feel you have the BEST HAND, showdown player calling all in flopped trips. you had the best hand till flop. What Pro was saying was their is no 100% BEST HAND in poker. Maybe needed it worded differently to understand what Pro was trying to say.
