No, you earn 7 points per post with a maximum of 35 points per 24 hour period.

So you can make 12 posts at 1:00 PM on Tuesday and only get 35 points. Then on Wednesday at 12:55 PM you make 1 post and get 0 points because it hasn't been 24 hours yet. Then at 1:15 PM you make another 25 posts and you'll still only get 35 points since that's the max.

So it's possible you've been credited for all 98 of your posts, but since you weren't aware of the point policy I doubt you were careful enough to time all your posts out.
