Seems like constantly having to put tickets/requests in for not receiving points after completing offers...have 3 open currently!

Some of the surveys do not provide ample payout in terms of the promised amount and more importantly, the timing of when the points are needed. I am unsure if this a problem occuring within the site or if it is off-site at the survey or marketing websites advertising the points up for grabs. Either way it can be a waste of time and effort in the long run when this happends and sorta makes me lose momentum in collections
