If you drafted players or just go by stats from the previous month, you could keep an even playing field.

We could have two differnt brackets, singles, doubles, and teams of 4-6 like Zab was talking about earlier in the thread. If we need to we could just put up our own points to get this rolling. I would ues my BR from my poker accounts to be apart of these.

I dont see how team and individual are mutually exclusive. Once a system is in place i dont think it would be hard for whatever a person earns in a game to be added to their team score as well as their individual score.
