i think this system has worked out perfectly. I hate the fact that new faces are in it for a short period of time, basically, people making multi accounts on here and obviously playing on multi accounts on carbon, and that is no fault of the coupons, just seems there is no way to get the bad elements out of the game. Coupon system though, i like it tons.

I accidentally entered my PCD screen name for getting carbon poker tournament coupons and it shows in history that I have received them. However, none of the coupons are listed in either my PCD or Carbon Poker account. Who do I talk to about getting this corrected?

the coupons are issued at set times so whilst it will have taken your points you wont get them until those times come about, they will be issued to your pdc account if you check the "games" tab on your skin lobby you will see an option for tourney coupons look in there

I understand where they are listed. Carbon poker lists them as soon as you have them and not as the tournaments open up. I have some showing there right now. However, PDC says there are no records showing the tournament coupons. Do they even have any tournaments on PDC that use Poker Owned coupons? So unless the coupons are suddenly showing up differently than last week, I haven't received credit for the coupons on either site. I am only trying to get a refund back on them so I can repurchase them with my correct screen name on carbon poker.
