I know the donkey betting is essentially the same thing but the question arises is when do you cross the line into something being illegal. I think it just opens up to a few problems that may arise.

Now a section were someone could say put up a bet on a team for a certain amount of points and another member if he liked to other team could accept the bet might work a bit better.

Well this sounds like a good idea but we only have a couple months left for NFL any way so why go through all the trouble, I say let Cookies do his thing and it all will be over before we know it.
