Ah, also:
Remote Sentry: Tag 3 players from the opposing team, if they place, you recieve the same amount of points as they do.
Counter UAV: Counter UAV removes any weapon effects that have been placed on you for the tournament it is used in.

Love the sound of this, here are some ideas:
Care package: Select another player from your team, any points earned by this player (and you) are given to the other player also. So if you don't place, but they do, you recieve the same amount of points that they do. If you both place, you both get the total amount of points, e.g. 10 form player one, 15 from player two: both get 25 points instead.
Predator Missile: Choose a player from the opposing team, if they receive a weapon in the next tournament they play, the weapon is automatically destroyed.
Share Package: Select another player on your team to recieve a free entry coupon to the next tournament.
Juggernaut: When activated, any points you earn in the next tournament are tripled.
