you don't HAVE to raise preflop with JJ - and especially in freerolls/micro its a bad idea if you're in early position because you'll get multiple callers and not know how strong your hand is

Poker is not only about choosing wisely hand to play with! Okay, for beginners it could be the hardest part, but always keep in mind that also AA cannot win each time you play that ... my advice is to watch videos, keep playing and try to improve all skills you needs to.
