Why does everyone play the double up sit n gos?

the last time my BR went down to a few bucks i started grinding em and did pretty well. its easy, the 9 or 10 man ones....5 double up its easy to get the bank roll back up to where u can play some regular sit n goes

i dont play em but i can see some value its pretty easy to make the top 5 in a ten man sit and go and you can do that with little risk
