Pokerstars did use a different bank method. Along with ftp and I think ultimate bet. But, party poker at the time left since they didn't want to risk anything. I'm not sure why these little sites are able to offer services, but as far as pokerstars is concerned, I'm sure they'll come back. They just haven't done anything since the agreement with the doj.

I miss Pokerstars. They had some of the best tournament listings of any site. Also I feel the software is much better than any out there now.

I haven't heard anything about this. Sure would be nice if someway, somehow things got straightened out in the near future so it's more accessible for the U.S. players as well. Unfortunately a resolution for this seems to be a long ways off, or few and far between so to speak. :-( Thankfully I guess there are a select few sites that were able to play on still.

its the behind the scene dealing that are being worked out by our government, they have to get whose all pockets will benefit before they can pass anything like this. We have lottery's and casinos but are told we cant play online for money LOL.
