I had Royal only once..I was playing an freeroll and after bubble i had about 2 Big's left...caught K-10 suited, went AI, two opponents called...I had straight after turn already..but the river made me the only one winner of that hand

This is gonna sound dumb, but are all of these in holdem? I ask because i play a lot of omaha and i saw 5 in one week.

I think the odds of a royal happening in Omaha is close to to holdem. Although there are more "hands" being played at once in omaha vs. holdem, the fact that you must use two cards from your hand actually makes it happen less often (per 2 card hand). Regardless, seeing 5 a week in any variation of poker is pretty wild.

sweet, after thinking about it, iv never hit a royal flush in a tourney at all, not even close, crazy

i hit 2 on carbon a few years ago and got paid 100 bonus bucks, hit a few in carbon fr as well..but still no major money to date in a mtt
