Coupons are sent automatically at 30, 45, 55, 59, 04, 08, past the hour
So do I just go to the registration page for the tournament Carbon poker and wait and it will show up for me
you can be anywhere on Carbon and a little window should pop up telling you that you have received it, you should have gotten it by now, try registering.

It keeps saying No. I know that I bought it the cost was taken from my account.
Make sure that you listed your correct poker ID for carbon poker. If you don't get it, ask for a refund. Make sure all of your info is correct. And don't worry, if you miss a tournament with a coupon, the coupon will still work for the other freerolls.
Maybe you had free space before or after your username.
There certain times that coupon is issued. You will just have to wait to receive one
yea I have never had a problem purchasing carbon po freeroll tickets!
I wouldnt worry about it usually I receive my ticket within 5 minutes of purchase!
Listing the wrong nickname could be a reason. Otherwise there shouldnt be any problem.
