early in a tourney table position isn't as important with pocket pairs. Later
I would only play 9s or less ifI knew it would be against 1 player. Usually means all in if 5bb or less or fold em in late pos. if its already crowded.

I feel like no one is every really out of a poker tourney if they have 5 or more BB, most people think 10 BB is an all in or fold situation buti feel that you still have more time before all your chips have to go in the middle.

The reason people say 10x BB is all in or fold time because if you're only at 5 times the BB, that's a standard raise...at least with 10x BB you can push more poeple out of pot...

Yea need to consider the number of big blinds your stack is at or you gonna get blinded out.
