read a poker book, then read another one ...
There's a lot of things you can do, read a few books, visit forums, discuss hands..
play alot of freakin poker forget the books spend a few years playing then read some books and spend a few more years playin
just when u think things are happening u go into a cold streak
learn to deal with swings

I started playing two years ago and I'm still doing what I did in the beginning. I play as much as I can, read about poker strategy, and I watch other people play to see what to do and not to do.
I wouldn't go so far as saying it blows, but there are definitely more relevant ones out there.Quote:
