I say play it tight for the early stages then you have to open up to make the money...
Like to look for isolation with strong hands to build a stack. From there pace yourself and when the "gamblers" have been weeded out get your game on.
its to hard to get ur stack up in freerolls, everyone plays to loose, i get impatient when i have to keep foldin my blinds to chip bullies?
I normally will go all in pretty quick to build up a stack and if I lose than I am ok with it. It also depends on how much the freeroll is worth.
i have a patience... this is the best... :)
the thing i do is try to wait the first half hour for all the jerks to lose
donk donk and donk some more...obv
I like to wait for the first huge hand and double up early or get knocked out
The key is to always be patient and hope you get lucky early and then can beat peple up for their chips with your big stack.
my freeroll strategy is to play play as if I'm playing in any other event-play my best game
Go All In first hand.
Wow. What a loaded question. I have to agree with the ones who said to play tight with sub-premium and aggressive with premium. And hope to get lucky on the blinds occasionally. Good Luck.
Don't play too many hands and play position poker,,,,,,,,,,,,
The strategy for freerolls is to play basic and tight. Fancy moves will not work because the players in these games are only thinking about their own cards. It's also near impossible to put someone on a range. So many players are beyond loose that it's extremely difficult to narrow their range down in most hands. Play tight and play very aggressive with good hands. That means check raising, over betting, and shoving when someone shows a tendency to call. You need to maximize value of made hands, and when you don't have a hand you need to fold. Like i said previously, basic. You need to get lucky yourself and get good hands. You can't use skill to win a freeroll until you make the money.
wait for good hands, attack the sit outs cause all freerolls have em, if there checking be betting
Patient is the best... !! win with that !
i agree with eric but being to patient doesnt work either i gave done it
donk that shit up nothing to lose here
freeroll strategy is generally relatively tight, with a couple of plays if you can afford it. especially early on in the tournament, and as more and more people get out, you can shift from ABC poker to more of a strategic game. Most freerolls though are crapshoots and the chance of winning is close to nothing, especially the big ones, no matter how good you are. They are not impossible though, you just need to get lucky a couple times, IMO.
have not strategy on freeroll... i play :)
the best strategy is the patience :)
i have not a strategy... but bluffing :)
Winning poker tournaments one hand at a time is a very beneficial book..
I think the right strategy to use in a freeroll depends largely on how many players are in it. So for example the smaller the freeroll the tighter I play.
i think that freerolls have no strategy except for play poker.... people go all in with nothing early to dub up and will do it several times over and over cause they got nothing to lose... hense freeroll...play your hands right, call allins that you normally wouldnt and if you make it past the second break u better have a bunch of chippsor your fucked lol...
#bad beats roll freerolls
you cant use to much strategy in poker ccause there is 1 thing you cant predict which is human emotion
the strategys for the freerolls are very tight ...jijijijij
QQ+ and AKs. In larger freerolls you can out survive 90% of the players by just folding up to the first hour.
Cuantos libros revistas o cosas ahi que leer para saber bastante de poker cuanto tiempo hay que dedicarle a este deporte o no se como se llama quiero llegar a ser un poco bueno por lo menos pero se que hay que dedicarle tiempo!
i like to watch t.v and push the fold button till i get a good hand the first 2 hours then i start to pay attention
Freerolls are actually harder to beat imo, op is right.
i play all sorts of ways, depending upon my bankroll mostly
I think you have to play tight! most of the players charged with anything just because it's freeroll,
you should take advantage of that
honestly...there is none....just play ur game like you would nomally play any reg mtt....thats the only way to honeslty pass the terrible all ins or the bs
i havn't played real money tournament online almost freeroll the only weapon you can have is patience with all the non significant all -ins you'll probably tilt... but with patience you can set your games up. i play freeroll just to train myself so i won commit any bankroll with many mistakes
i think a good stratagy for freeroles is to play slow and just wait for hands
I think strategy is rather indyvidual option. why? cuz. many plaers can play with many diffrent strategies, and if they winnign, most of them is good. in my point of view u can use main rules in poker. i mean here, playing with high cards and bluffing at the late positon, I know what I am talking about becouse i started with freerolls on PartyPoker and now I play with very fine bankroll, u can also steal bb.
