That's all well and good
I have a rule: fold any hand that contains a 2, that includes when the other card is 2.
22 is good to shove if your severely shortstacked. Otherwise its usually garbage. U need an extremely good price to call. About a 13% chance that u hit a set on the flop. Sometimes bottom set can get u into some troble 2.
I play it less when i'm shortstacked. Maybe i'll shove if i put someone on an Ace with something. But if you have money why not, i raise it. It's easy to fold if you don't catch it.
with 22 I beat KK ! rofl
22 good to steal or to defend the late blind. But to always come with her? Rather eliminated by Casch low limits, and the same applies to the early stages of the tournament.
i don`t pay the blind whit 2-2,
Really depends on my position and the betting, but I like playing the double duece
I definitely do not like playing 22. Everything that comes on the board beats it so I have no confidence in the hand unless I flop a set.
i generally never fold pocket pairs, even if they are 2's or 3's. I love set mining, but then generally drop them.
statiscally pckt. 2s are better than ace king......
im agreed with : never fold with 22....just with a big raise fold
I always fold 22 if raised preflop, unless playing heads-up.
Bull!!! 22 is a loser for me. Almost always. Fold it.
deuces never loses dont fold them
You're clearly running good. But with 22, it's easy to play, if you don't flop a set or something like a straight flush draw, and face a big bet, it's an easy fold.
Never fold 22? What would happen if you have like 3 raises and a shove infront of you. i think they r going in the muck!
i usually always play pps even 22
I never win with 22 so I fold it unless I have to play it
Some players here on PO go with the logic never fold any cards....and win...lol
lol. If you never fold 22 than I don't think you would win a whole lot of tourneys! GL
22 is a great hand! And the best thing it is good for is losing your chips to a bigger set!
i like 22 always get at least 3 of a kind
I like to play it too, but I don't like to pay too much pre-flop to do it.
22 is ok to limp, raise some. yeah when u hit u get payed.......
never fold 22 that sounds silly as hell. 22 will see an over to the board 100% of the time guys get with it, no problem with set farming though
I never fold 22. lololol
It's only good if you can see the flop cheaply, preferably by limping.
You are kinda relying on hitting set on flop, and if I am not mistaken Barry Greenstein mentions that only every 7.5 times you will hit set.
Not to mention that hitting set doesn't mean you will have the best hand especially on a wet board.
lucky lucky lucky lucky lucky duck
That is exacly wath i think but still wouldnt go allin with it
i would only go all-in with 2's if my chip stack is way ahead. Never all-in if ur short-stacked with 2's b/c it'll be a flip no matter what.
i actually hit trips last night in a tourney twice with 22 and both times got screwed one with an over set and the other with a 3 out suck out
i would love to play against you. Easy money if you never fold 22.
22 is test for u if u r bold enough for it. u shd call one time maby u wont get nohting 2nd time ull get trips it happend to many often many times
haha i hope i play against you if you never fold 22 :D
every pair is good almost everytime I've defeated AA with 22
Lucky this is in the 'Beginner's' forum.
Wow, i always fold 22 because i never catch anything with that hand, but good for you :-)
