im new and I wanna know if I have to download the sites tables such as carbon poker any answer is appreciated

If you download through the links PokerOwned provides, you'll be able to get into the FRs at a reduced cost of points, plus you can get the bankroll boosts. You don't HAVE to, but it is recommended if you don't already have those tables.
