when you typing a post in the forum. The box your typing in should have a toolbar on top of it. Click the one that says insert image and put in the url into the box that pops up.
how do i get email picture out of email so i can transfer here i got a good one for ya or send me your email i send to yu
imageshack or photohut are probably two of the best alternatives
There is always a beginner's section i am sure would help with this. Have you even tried reading it yet? might find some useful stuff there
