Really depends on position and stack sizes. Out of position, Im aggressive and in position - it depends on how strong I think the opponent is.

A major variable is the flop, is it a rainbow flop, is it top, medium, or bottom set that you flopped and what the board is, did the board pair, if so your opponent could have a bigger boat if there are over cards on the flop. Try to include the hand in question and post it to show these variables next time. Good luck on the felts.
