1 or 2 no more than that until you get in the swing of things is my take on it
when you play tight aggressive, i m sure you can play more than two, even as a beginner... try to see the flop around max 20% or the time and you should be fine
It all depend on how u feel by playing ,,x" tables, u can add each time 1 more and see whats working best for you :)
1. Why? You need to get a real good game first before you try to MT it. get strong and get some table exp first then try to MT when your doing good at 1. Why lose in 20 games when u can limit your losses as a newbie until u get some hands under your belt.
i find multitabling hard if you try to read players......i stay focused on one
Depends if it's cash games, single table s&g or multi-table tourneys.
I know people who used to play 16 cash game tables at once, but I prefer to play one or two. I've played 18 S&G at once, and found that very stressful, but I just about managed to profit and stay in control of all tables.
I regularly play 6-7 MTT simultaneously, and don't have any problems doing so.
Try 4, and add one more to every progress you made
well how many can screen hold, im thinking 2-4 games, when multitable its harder to keep tract of other players you gotta play ABC poker good luck and have a good bankroll managment
you have to play ,,,1 at time ,,,,you have to becamr a serious player ,,,,an them you can play 2 or 3 ,,,
Start with 1. Learn to read a table, become a winning player with 1 table. Then move to 2, then 4, then 6, then 8 etc.
Play 1 and keep track of profits after 100 games.. then play 2 and do the same.. keep adding and recording profit.. you will kno when u reach your max that u can get max profit from.. i like to play 5 or 6 myself..
Max 2 tables ALWAYS bro ....
why do i always have this feeling multitabling its for exhibitionists..?!?
:)
Be sure before you can handle 2 tables before you add anymore.... I can always recognize multi table players...They take forever to play every hand!!!
I think it best if you concentrate on one then move to another and so on...that's my 2 cents worth...maybe less...I'm just saying
start with one until you are consistently winning and then look to grind further. i can't handle more than 7-8 without play horribly yet and i've been playing for a few years seriously.
My suggestion would be to focus less on mutltitabling at this point and focus more on reading and applying what you've read to your game. If you insist on multitabling then start with two and play no more then four until you are comfortable playing more. Also keep in bankroll management in mind. The more tables you play the smaller stakes you will need to play so that you can handle the swings.
Fifty, at least to start off with, and then add on from there. lol. JustSayn.......................................... .....
you should probably just stick to 1 or 2 until u feel more comfortable!
Easy to answer. only one and when you can win 25 % of the time go to two. Need to get comfortable with site , games, and take it slow.
I would just play with one for now. I have gotten up to 5 before but that is the most I will ever play with though.
as scooterdice says, i tried multitableing before but it just isnt for me, if i play MTTs i prefer single table, if you multi its very hard to get reads etc
I would only play on one table. Focus on each player, learn their style of play and try and get some good reads on players. That's much harder to do when you are on multiple tables.
up to how strong you are
focusing wise
u can start with 5 and find it fine
if i play cash i normally play between 3-6 tables, but sngs can also be around 8 tables, its harder because you have to decide quiet quick, you cannot do to many moves because so many tables are coming up again and again.
