While PooffyFooffy was kind enough to link you to a guide, there is a yellow button on the top of every page saying "refer friends and earn points"...
Watch videos...listen to the radio...do surveys
Be sure to read (more than just skim) the newbie guides that are stickied to the top of this forum section too.... very helpful in answering the question you posted.

its a scam \. You do surveys and most of the time get NO points in return. total waste of time.
Forum posting will get you 25 points a day and the videos are a good and easy way to earn some as well. Some of the free applications and offers are beneficial when they offer a significant amount of points for completing the task at hand. Good luck to you.

Well, I recommend you start posting on the forum. Each post is 5 points. 5 posts maximum. That gives you 25 points guaranteed. I think this is the best way to slowly accumulate points.
Don't get discouraged if some surveys don't credit. Always check the what's working section first. That, and listen to radio loyalty and post, you'll be fine.
