download and install problem

I have a problem with download and install offers when downloading the program let her install and hangs on Preparing What could be the problem

You can try clearing out old downloads, and remove previous programs that you downloaded that you don't use anymore. That might help you

I did and still same problem stuck on Preaparing "please wait.."

u gotta be v careful with these download offers...most of them come with nasty surprises attached( i.e viruses/malware) especially the games/programs for your computer. I am speaking from experience its not all of them but a GOOD amount. Be careful good luck

dont trust these surveys and email stuff unless you make a email just for spam stuff

It's the same with me, absolutely no luck with download & install options. I also have no luck getting points with the internet radio. I find that the biggest bulk of points that I have earned were from taking surveys from CrowdFlower and watching videos.
