Avatar how do i add one?

I have looked and looked and searched and can not figure out how to add an avatar. Please help. Thanks.

go to your Notification click Inbox, then on your left side you will see the option

no prob, lol when I first started here it took me 2 months to figure it out, I had to get a PM from a friend to notice the Notification section
