Which survey sites are the best in terms of delivery? Also, I use the same email/log-in credentials every time in order to build a reputation and earn the most points

Im new to the site and would like to know what the best way of making points is without buying them and doing the lengthy survey. Any advice would be appreciated. Also which of the sites hosted by this site allow US players?
Bovada and Carbon both allow US players and are probably the best sites for US players. Points wise, go through the threads about it. A lot of it is trial and error.
